Trade Account Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

1.1 Further to our standard terms & conditions which can be viewed here, the below terms and conditions relate specifically to trade account sales.

2. Pricing

2.1 All pricing quoted will be RRP, inclusive of GST, less the applicable trade discount.

2.2 Trade discounts will not apply to products that are on already discounted as ex-display items

2.2 During our promotional periods, the sale discount if higher than the trade discount can apply only for orders during that promotional period, after which the standard trade discount will apply.

2.3 Pricing does not include delivery and/or assembly and will be charged separately.

2.4 Trade pricing is never discussed with the general public.

3. Ordering

3.1 The trade account holder will be liable for all the specifications, dimensions and other details to be true and correct when placing an order. If applicable, a diagram will be forwarded to you for confirmation before proceeding with an order.

3.2 The trade account holder must ensure that there is sufficient access for delivery of the product to their client's address.

3.3 All orders and invoices must be in the name of the trade account holder to receive the trade discount otherwise otherwise specified at the time of the sale.

4. Client management

4.1 Clients of trade account holders are the responsibility solely of the trade account holder and Misura indemnifies itself from any communications between the trade account holder's client and our team.

4.1 If a client of a trade account holder visits our showroom and/or requests pricing without Misura having been notified, we reserve the right to engage the client as a standard retail client of Misura.

5. Trade discount

5.1 The trade discount is based on spending thresholds. Once a threshold is reached, that discount will apply to all future orders irrespective of the value.

5.2 We reserve the right to use our discretion to approve or refuse trade applications.

5.3 We reserve the right to modify the trade discount at any time without prior notice.

5.4 If passing on the trade discount to your client, we must be notified in writing or by email with the details of the trade account holder's client.
