By working with our team of skilled and knowledgeable designers, we can bring your project to life by selecting the perfect pieces for your unique requirements, aesthetic and budget.

Below is how our design consultation service works:

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We offer a free, 15-30 minute initial consultation (appointments can be made online or via the showroom), in which we determine the level of service required and the appropriate package to suit your needs.

DESIGN BRIEF

This is where the magic happens. Your designer will get to know you and your space. They will create a brief based on your style objectives, budget and lifestyle requirements and out mutual desire to create dynamic visual impact. Our proposal will often incorporate existing pieces or we may recommend a comprehensive design package. Your designer may visit your space, but this is not always essential.

PACKAGES

Level 1 – Small room POA
Level 2 – 2-3 rooms POA
Level 3 – 4-5 rooms POA
Level 4 – Whole house POA

Each package includes a to scale floor plan and 3D renders. Should the client proceed with the order, the amount paid for the design service will be deducted off the sale.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Your designer will make selections from our comprehensive collection, leveraging our in-depth knowledge about each product and their customisable potential. The design presentation will include a combination of images, digital renders, product selection and furniture placement. A full specification schedule will be provided.

PROCUREMENT AND ORDERING

We assist from start to finish in bringing your project to life. This means that we handle the entire ordering process; sending updates on lead times and delivery. Our team is on hand at every step to make sure the process is seamless and enjoyable.
