Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Order acknowledgement and processing times

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email and if you have paid for shipping, you will receive another email once it has been dispatched along with the tracking details provided by the courier.

You should expect to receive your order within five (5) to ten (10) business days depending on your location.

Collecting your order from our showrooms

If you choose to collect your order from our showrooms, you will be notified by email once your order is ready for collection along with collection instructions.

Change of mind policy

We want our clients to be completely satisfied with their purchase and offer a return policy and will happily offer a refund or exchange, as long as the product is returned unused in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellation of order

If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, please write to us at orders@misura.com.au and we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Return postage policy

Unfortunately, we don't offer free returns and you will be charged a return shipping fee. Please ensure that you return your order with the original packaging and ensure that it is packed safely as we will not provide a refund or exchange if the order is received damaged.

Should you wish to return your order, please contact us orders@misura.com.au an we will send you instructions on how to return your order.

Processing refunds

Once we have received your returned order, we will inspect the item before advising you by email that a refund has been processed. We will refund your item at the purchase price. Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package to process your refund and for the credit to reflect on your account statement.

Refunds are only available for the original method of payment used on the order.
